The Commission acts as an advisor to the Executive Director making recommendations regarding the operations and management of the Hoosier Lottery ®. The Commission was created by Indiana law to oversee the operation of the Lottery. The State Lottery Commission of Indiana is composed of five members appointed by the Governor of Indiana.
